Mix the yeast in a half cup of water and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Mix 3 cups of flour with the sugar, salt and cooking oil.

Add in the risen yeast and start kneading as you add warm water kidogo kidogo. Knead for 20 mins.

Cover it tightly n let it rest for 1 hour till it has doubled.

Apply oil on your hands as you make 10 balls and arrange them on the baking tray. Brush on the egg yolk and sprinkle simsim seeds. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 degrees

Bake the balls for 60 minutes.

Allow to cool and serve with your favourite beverage.
