Eggless Brown Buns#themechallenge

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix the wet ingredients in another bowl

Mix both and make the dough and knead for 15 minutes (kneading is the most important part)now put the dough in a greased bowl wrap with cling film and keep it in a warm place to rise in double the size,,, that about 30 to 40 minutes

Then punch the dough,,, knead a bit, shape it in equal size of buns, arrenge in a greased tray,,, brush with milk and sprinkle sesame and poppyseeds,,, leave it to warm place for second proofing

And then bake the buns in preheated oven at 180’C for 20 to 25 minutes or until done,, remove from oven and brush melted butter on top.
