Ingredients

1 bowltamarind pulp
1 bowljaggery powder
to tastesalt
2 tspmelon seeds
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder

In a pan add tamarind pulp and jaggery.now add melon seegsand cook it for five minutes.now add all the ingredients and again cook for 4-5 minutes.cool at room temperature.chutney is ready to serve.
