In a bowl break the eggs add sugar, oil and mix add baking powder, flavor and flour mix and knead to make a dough. Roll the dough on a floured surface and cut circles.

Join 2 cupcake liners together and place the circle on it and arrange on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When done remove the liners and prepare the cream.

Cream: pour the milk in a sauce pan add the lemon/orange zest, meanwhile break the eggs add sugar and corn starch whisk well. When the milk almost getting to boil remove the zest and add to the egg mixture mix well and on the fire keep stirring for 5 minutes or until it becomes think. Remove from fire add flavor and allow to cool and fill the tart. Arrange the fruits and serve.
