Ingredients

2 drinks
  1. Pisco sour (they sell it in most supermarkets)
  2. 2lime juice
  3. Angostura bitter
  4. 2egg whites (fresh free range since we are going to drink those raw)
  5. cubesice
  6. Simple syrup
  7. For the simple syrup
  8. 2 cupswater
  9. 2 cupssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a shaker (or a mixer) mix 4 ounces of pisco, 2 ounces of syrup, 8 ounces of lime and the egg whites.

  2. 2

    Open the shaker and add the ice cubes and do more shaking.

  3. 3

    Poor into a glass, it should have a nice foam top from the egg whites. Finish with a few drops of angostura bitter on top.
