Method For Batter--
Firstly, in a large bowl take Besan.
Add rice flour, add turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, asafoetida,baking soda and add water as required. Mix well and make smooth batter. Keep aside. - 2
In a bowl mix curd and besan well enough adding 2 cups of water to form a semi thick syrup.
Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil.
Once oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds.
When seeds start to crackle, add whole green chili, asafoetida - 3
1) firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt.
combine well forming a paste.
now add paneer slice and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside for 10 Min.Dip the marinated paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.
furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
finally, paneer pakora recipe or paneer bajji is ready to serve. - 4
2) Firstly take round tomatoes slices, sprinkle chilli powder, chat masala and salt on all slices. Sprinkle Spice both sides.
Than take one tomato slice put cheese slice and take second tomato slices put on cheese.Dip the cheesy Tomato bhajiya into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.
furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
Serve Hot with sauce and Besan chutney. - 5
3) Firstly, in a large mixing bowl.
Add 2 grated sweet corn and 1/2 cup chopped onion. Add grated paneerstir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
Fry till the pakora turns crispy

4) Take onion and cut into ring.
In a small bowl take ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt. Mix well. And add Onion ring and coat well.
now dip an onion ring into Besan batter and coat well.
fry until the onion rings turn golden brown and crisp.
finally, enjoy onion rings with sauce and Besan chutney. - 7
5) Take potato and cut into sclice.
now dip an potato slices into Besan batter and coat well.
Fry until the turn golden brown and crisp.
Drain on an absorbent paper.finally, enjoy potato bhajiya with sauce and Besan chutney.

6) Take green chillies and cut half into the center.
Spinkels salt and rest for 10 min.now dip an green chillies into Besan batter and coat well.
Fry until the turn golden brown and crisp.
Drain on an absorbent paper.finally, enjoy chilli bhajiya with sauce.
