In a mixing bowl combine ataa, kasoorimethi, oil and salt, mix well with your fingers, then by adding water little by little, knead a smooth dough. Make balks from the dough, roll them and roast them on tawa to make paranthas, keep them in a casserole

Prepare the kebabs, heat oil in a pan and saute ginger green chilies and garlic paste, then add onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add chopped palak and cook until the moisture evaporates. Let the mixture cools down then add grind moong sprouts, potatoes, chopped onion, ginger green chillies, peanuts, chaat masala and salt. Mix them well, make cylinder and stick to the skewers. Roast them on the hot tawa until light brown

Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl

Now we prepare the kathi roll, place a parantha on a plate, first spread green chutney all over the parantha. Then place the kebab and finally the salad, fold it into a roll, cut one roll into two pieces and arrange them in a serving plate

Place one kebab on one side and garnish with some salad, a healthy and tasty treat
