  1. ForVeggie Dumplings:
  2. 2 cupsVeggies grated/chopped (capsicum, cabbage, onions, cauliflower and carrots)
  3. 1 cupAll Purpose Flour
  4. 2 tbspCornflour
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspGarlic grated
  8. 1/2 tspGinger grated
  9. PinchOrange colour
  10. 1 tspBaking powder
  11. ForCrispy Chicken:
  12. 1/4 kgBoneless Chicken (cubes)
  13. 1/2 tspSalt
  14. 1/4 tspBlack pepper (crushed)
  15. DashWhite pepper
  16. 1/2 tspGarlic paste
  17. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  18. 2 tbspAll Purpose flour
  19. 2 tbspCornflour
  20. 1/4 tspBaking powder
  21. pinchOrange colour
  22. ForGravy:
  23. 1Capsicum (chopped finely)
  24. 2Green chillies (chopped)
  25. 1Spring onion, white (cubes)
  26. As per taste Salt
  27. 1 tspSoya sauce
  28. 2 tbspTomato sauce
  29. 1 tspChilli sauce
  30. 3 tbspTamarind sauce
  31. 4Garlic cloves (chopped)
  32. 1/4Ginger (chopped)
  33. 1Onion (cubes)
  34. SprinkleWhite pepper
  35. 1 tspCorn flour (in 1/4 cup water)

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough for veggie dumplings using all it's ingredients with very in less water.

    Make balls of the dough then deep fry to golden crispy dumplings, keep aside.

    In a bowl put all chilli chicken ingredients, mix well using little water.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the chicken pieces, till nicely crisped up, keep aside.

    In a wok put one tablespoon of oil, add ginger and garlic.

    Add dumplings and crispy chicken and mix well.

    Add chillies and onion, toss it, then add veggies followed by all sauces, cornflour mixture, pepper and salt, stir well.

  8. 8

    Remove from flame then garnish with chilli flakes and spring onions greens, serve hot.

  9. 9

    NB: if you want dry manchurian do not add corn flour mixture in it.
