Steps

Boil and mash potatoes and keep aside.

Mix salt and flour and add enough water to knead a soft dough.

Add all the masalas in boiled potatoes and coriander leaves mix it well.

Now take a portion from the dough and roll it.

Put 2 tsp of masala in the dough and make a roti.

Cook till golden brown on tawa by flipping both sides. Parantha is ready to serve.
