Steps

To make Crispy Jali Samosa take a large bowl.
* Add All purpose Flour/Maida,Carom Seeds,Salt,Oil and mix well.
* If holds shape Oil is perfect. * Add water little by little and mix well to prepare a semi soft dough.
* Close lid and let it set for 15 mins. - 2
Add Boiled & Grated Potato,Boil chicken Finely Chopped Green chilli,Finely Chopped Coriander,Red Chilli Powder,Salt,Garam Masala,Chaat Masala.
* Add Finely Chopped Onion,Rice Flour/Corn flour/Bread crumb and mix well. - 3
Check dough and knead well.
* Divide into 3 parts.
* Roll thick dough.
* Divide roll dough into 4 parts.
* Make 3 slant cuts both sides.
* Apply maida paste on all sides. - 4
Take prepared roll and place in centre.
* Cover roll on all sides with the dough.
* Stick the edges.
* In a kadhai add oil and heat on medium flame.
* Add prepared samosa and fry on low-medium flame until golden crisp.
* With the help of fork flip and fry.
* Take out after golden.
* Jali Samosa is ready to serve.Enjoy with ketchup/Chutni.!!!im making 3 different style samosa
