Steps
- 1
Take a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until no lumps remain. Add the egg and mix well.
- 2
Add sugar, salt and vanilla essence and mix well.
- 3
Add all-purpose flour and continue to mix. Add in milk little by little.
- 4
Mix it well, till it forms like a pancake batter.
- 5
Heat a pan and add a teaspoon of ghee/butter. When the ghee/butter is hot, pour a ladle full of batter. Once the bottom side is cooked, flip and cook on the other side too.
- 6
Serve hot with a great cup of tea!
- 7
NOTE:
• You can use cardamom powder instead of vanilla essence.
• You can adjust the consistency by adding in milk and flour accordingly.
• Icing sugar can also be used instead of granulated sugar.
• You could have it as a morning breakfast along with some chopped fruits too.
