Beetroot halwa
Twisting the borring beetroot to a classic halwa
Steps

Grate 2 whole beetroot and blend it well by adding some water and strain all the juice.

Add 50-70 gms of cornflour to the beetroot juice as a base.

Now mix it well for about 30 minutes until it reaches ah halwa like thick consistency.

Add roasted cashew and pistachios and some ghee to it
- 5
Mix well after adding it for about 10 mins
- 6
Now pour them in a mold and leave them to cool for few minutes.
