Remove corners of bread and soak the first slice in the syrup.

In whipping cream add essence and whip until soft peaks. Then add in the piping bag with star nozzle put cream and apply on soaked slice of bread. Repeat procedure of soaking and applying cream for all the slices.

Apply cream with spatula all over bread and put grated chocolate in between all slices and on sides also.

Make design with nozzle over all pastry. Decorate with sprinkles and cherries or as per your wish. Make it and surprise everyone.
