Ingredients

  • Forsugar syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspcaradom powder
  • 6saffron thread shock in milk
  • ForBatter
  • 1/2 cupMaida/All purpose flour
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspkesar colour

  1. 1

    First add sugar to a pan.
    Add water and mix with sugar and let it all come to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, hh

    Add cardamom powder, saffron strand and lemon juice.

    Take another bowl, add maida, kesar colour and baking powder.

    Now add curd, mix well to smooth batter,jalebi batter is ready.

    Take a piping, put the jalebi batter.

    Now
    Heat sufficient ghee in a kadai on medium heat.Squeeze round spirals into the hot ghee and deep fry, turning them over gently a few times, till they are evenly golden and crisp.

    Drain and soak in sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes. Take them out of the syrup.

    Serve hot.
