Phir pot mein oil garam karein usmai shimla mirch,gajar,pasta,matar,chicken raisha dal kar stir fry kar lein phir usmai zeera,lal mirch powder,haldee,chaat masalah,namak dal kar achi tarha mix kar lein phir ismai chilli sauce,soya sauce dal kar mix karein phir hara dhania dal kar 5 mint dum dein

Eik bowl mein alao ko mashed karein or usmai sambal oleak,lal mirch crushed,haldee,garam masalah shamil,bread crumbs 2tbsp shamil kar kay mix karein phir ismai sabzi wala mixture dal kar achi tarha mix karlein

Phir eik bowl mein egg ko phaint leyen phir kabab ki goal tikkia banayen phir usay anday mein dip karey or bread crumbs mein coat kar kay 5 mint kay fridge mein rakhdeyn

After 5 minute mein pan mein oil garam karein or kabab ko light golden fry kar lein
