Besan Ki Phaphadi Rajasthani Special
Steps

1. Take a bowl put besan & all spices
2. Knead with water tightly not soft
3. Make small balls & roll it thin with help of little dusting of besan if sticks on rolling board
4. Before rolling just apply few drops on rolling board & rolling pin - 2
5. Roll like poori size but it should be thin
6. When you roll all keep sometimes for drying
7. After 1/2 to 1 hour heat oil in kadai on medium heat
8. When oil heat nicely fry all phaphadi on medium heat - 3
9. While frying please don’t fry to dark
