1Onion chopped
4garlic cloves ,chopped
Pinchkasuri methi
as requiredchopped coriander leaves
4 tspOil
1 cupall purpose flour
to tasteSalt

Make dough with little oil and a little bit of salt, water as per required.

Make paratha with the stuffing of potato masala.

Fry with little oil or ghee. It is ready to serve. Serve with tomato sauce.
