Take pan heat on the flame, add ghee and whole masala add hing then stir it. Now add adrak mirchi paste, chopped onion and tomatoes, peas and saute it for few minutes.

Then add mix vegtables and all stir very well.

Now add all regular masala and rice, dal and mix very well and add water and cook them by covering the lid on medium flame.

Check it, if cooked then transfer it in a plate.

Now garnish with fresh coriander serve with curd mango, achar and urad papad.
