Steps

Sift flour in a bowl, add salt,sugar and some oil mix and add 1/2 cup of water knead to make a soft dough

In another bowl marsh d Irish...add blended scotch bonnet and onions

Add maggi and some salt to taste

Mold and roll to this shapes

Roll d though and cut into 1/2 inch length
- 6
Take one layer of the dough place d Irish and roll....then fry into a hot oil
