Heat water in a pan, add salt and red food colour little bit, and nutri bring them a boiled,

Heat oil in a kadhai, add ginger garlic paste and onions cook until onions become brownies, then add tomatoes paste including green chilli paste.

Add all raw masala, mix well until oil separates from masala, then add carrots and capsicum, cook again until oil separates.

Then add, soya sauce, 2 tablespoons, red chill sauce 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and salt according to taste, then add nutri and mix well, add 1 cup water, cook for 5mints, set gravy according you want, Masala nutri is ready, enjoy it with bread aur kulcha
