Ingredients

  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1egg yolk
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 1/2 cupplain yogurt or low-fat fromage blanc (about 125 grams)
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince the garlic clove. Add the egg yolk and mustard, then mix everything together while slowly drizzling in the oil.

  2. 2

    Add the yogurt or 1/2 cup (125 grams) low-fat fromage blanc and the lemon juice, then mix again.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a container and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Perfect as a side for fish, steamed carrots, or potatoes!
