Remove the skin of brunt brinjal, smashed and keep aside.

Boil needed mustard oil in the heated pan, add jeera and grated ginger, saute for two minutes, add mashed brinjal add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and homemade jeera powder, mix well saute until the mixture is tender.

Now add chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chillies mix well and turn off the heat add lime juice and salt mix well and it's delicious.
