Mix hung curd and crumbled paneer in a bowl. Add chopped onion, capsicum, carrot and coriander to it. Now add salt, black pepper, oregano and tomato sauce and mix it well. Stuffing is ready.

Dip a bread slice in water and squeeze it gently. Now place stuffing in the center. Fold the slice from both sides and make a roll.

Heat oil in a pan and fry these rolls till golden brown. Paneer stuffed rolls are ready to serve.
