Ingredients

  • 1Carrot, chopped in cubes and blanched
  • 200 gmsFrench beans, chopped and blanched
  • 1/2 cupCauliflower, chopped small diced and blanched
  • As required Mushroom, chopped in quarters
  • 2 cupsCorn kernels boiled
  • For white sauce-
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspFlour
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1 cupGrated cheese
  • As required salt and pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch all the vegetables along with little salt.

  2. 2

    In a pan add 2 tbsp butter when melted add the flour on a low flame, mix it gently, then start pouring milk little by little and keep stirring the sauce. Adjust the thickening and salt, pepper. Switch off the gas and add a quarter of cheese, give it a good mix.

  3. 3

    Now add all the vegetables to the prepared white sauce, stir well and pour it in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle rest of the cheese generously. Bake for 15-20 mins or till the cheese turned golden/red in colour.
