Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 packagemixed salad greens
  2. 1 pkgcherry tomatoes
  3. 1/2of broccoli head (cut into small bite size pieces)
  4. 1/2cucumber cut into bite size pieces
  5. 4 ouncesfresh blueberries
  6. 4 ouncesblueberry goat cheese cut into small pieces
  7. Raspberry salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash all produce under fresh water. Cut broccoli and cucumber into bite size pieces. Toss all ingredients together. Add blueberries and goat cheese on top. Add light amount of salad dressing (or on the side) for personal choice.
