Take a bowl add sugar and water...flame on.

Whn disolves sugar thn add elachi..and mix well..make chashni sticky not any taar.

Thn another side,take milk power,maida,ghee,and baking powder,mix well.add required milk and make a soft dough.thn rest for 10 min.

After that take pan.add oil for frying..

Thn make small bowls without crack..palms greeced with ghee...

Whenoil is hot,tum flame low and put in bowls for frying on low flame...thn chashni ready,flame off..

Bowls fried till golden brown nthn put in chashi for 2 hours..

Reasy to serve hot hot..
