  • 1/2 tea spoonlal chilli
  • Namak hasby zaiqa
  • 1/4 tea spoonhaldi
  • 5 table spoonoil

  1. 1

    Karahi main oil dal kar sabit zeera dal kar karkarein ab adrak lehsan dal kar colour change hony tak pakein

  2. 2

    Phir bhindi dal kar fry karein jub 60 to 70 % pak jaein to sokhy Masaly or tamater Hari mirch dal kar tez anch per pakein jub tak tamater ka pani khush ho kar oil nazar any lagy roti ke sath pesh karein
