Steps

Take Minced Chicken in a bowl, mix green chillies, haldi,garlic chopped, ginger paste,Garam Masala powder.

Mix all the ingredients and marinate it for min an hour, keep it in fridge if required or want to marinate longer
- 3
Make small balls and make patty like shape, min 1/2 inch in thickness or you can keep thicker. Put breadcrumbs and dip it in egg amd again coat it with breadcrumbs.

If the minced chiken needs more binding you can add breadcrumbs or maida in the chicken marination after taking it out from fridge.

Heat oil in Pan or Kadai. Deep fry and serve hot.

TIP: if you like coriander then you can add coriander while mixing the chicken with other ingredients.
