  • 2 packskangkong
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Cornstarch (optional)
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the tofu cut into cubes

  2. 2

    Saute the onion ang garlic ang onion

  3. 3

    Add the fried tofu

  4. 4

    Add the soysauce and oyster and kangkong stalk

  5. 5

    Add water then boil

  6. 6

    Add salt and ground black pepper to taste

  7. 7

    Add the kangkong leaves
