Ingredients

5 person
  1. 3 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped green fenugreek leaves / methi
  3. 1 cupspinach puree
  4. 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  5. 1/2 cupwhite sesame seeds
  6. 2 clovesfinely chopped garlic
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big vessel in which you can Knead the dough.

  2. 2

    Now add all ingredients in it and bind the dough with spinach puree and if required then little water.

  3. 3

    Rest the dough for 10-12 minutes then prepare nice round rotis out of it

  4. 4

    Take a pan and shallow fry it with oil and spinach - methi rolls are ready
