  • 3/4 CupAll Purpose Flour
  • 2 TbSalt
  • 1 CupButter
  • 1 CupBrown Sugar
  • 1/2 CupWhite Sugar
  • 1 TbVanilla Extract
  • 1Egg
  • 1Egg Yolk
  • 1/2 CupChoc Chip
  • 1 CupChunk Choc Bar

Steps

  1. 1

    SIFT Bread Flour + All Purpose Flour + Baking Soda + Salt

  2. 2

    Melt The Butter Until The Color Turn To Dark Brown (Keep in the room temp)

  3. 3

    Dark Brown Sugar + White Sugar + Vanilla Extract (MIX)

  4. 4

    Add Yolk + Egg (CONTINUE MIX)

  5. 5

    Add Choc Chip And Chunky Choc Bar

  6. 6

    Put in Refrigerator for a night

  7. 7

    180c 12-14 minutes
