1/2 kgbhindi(ladyfinger)
2thin sliced onions
1 tbspmustard oil
to tastesalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1/4 tspgaram masala

Wash & cut the bhindi in small round shape.

Heat mustard oil in karahi & when aroma smells away, add onions.

Cook for few seconds & add all the ingredients. Mix well.

Cover with plate & cook till oil spreads from corners.Stirr in between.

Serve hot with chapati.
