Pasandy . It's like a beef steak .Thin slices of boneless beef . It is very easy to make ,if you have good quality meat . People who likes a bit spicy beef dish so, this recipe is perfect for them .
Steps

Marinade the beef Pasandy with yogurt,salt and papaya paste for at least 5 to 6 hours, and then give dum of coal.

After 6 hours,Then add all ingredients and Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and put beef in it along with the mixture and leave to cook for 1/2 hours.

Cook on slow heat till the beef is soft and oil comes up.

Remove from the heat. add green coriander leaves and green chilli.

Serve hot with naan or roti
