Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpork
  2. 8medium potatoes (check recipes)
  3. 2large onions
  4. 1 tbspgarlic/ginger paste
  5. 1large green capsicum
  6. 1tps rosemary
  7. Oil
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat with garlic/ginger paste and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a little oil in a wok, add spices & cook, add meat and stir. Add onions and cook till translucent. Add capsicum and stir for 2mins. Serve hot with fries.
