Steps

Soak daal in water for 2 hrs.

Drain water and pit this daal in blender

Add red chilli, salt and cumin seeds and blend well to make a thick paste

Take a wok and heat oil. Now fry dumplings of desired size and fry till golden brown colour

Take out them and put it in a plate

When they cool down add them in water with salt to soak for about 30 minutes

In the mean whule put yogurt in blender and add salt, sugar, red chilli flakes, garlic, green chillies and chat masala. Blend them well

When baray soak for 30 minutes take out them from water and squeeze all the water by pressing between both hands. And keep it in a dish.

Pour yogurt better over dumplings and soak them again. Sprinkle chat masala and tamarind sweet and sour chutney on the top and enjoy
