Steps
- 1
Take a bowl.
Add lukewarm milk.
Add sugar and stir it till it dissolves with milk.
Now add dry yeast and stir with a spoon for few seconds.
Now leave it for 10 minutes. Bubbles will come out of it. - 2
Now add maida, butter and salt to it.
Mix it well and start kneading by adding little water slowly to it for 15 minutes.
We have to keep dough little thin.
Then put this dough in a glass bowl and cover it with cling film.
Let it rest for an hour.
The dough will be double in size. - 3
Tuke it to remove air from it.
Now make equal sizes balls of it.
And arrange it in a Aluminum mould.
Again let it rest for 30 minutes.
Again dough will be double in size.
Now put this mould in preheated OTG for 20 minutes on 180 ° Celsius.
Our pav is ready now.
Put it for rest for 20 minutes.
Brush little oil on it.
And unmold it and use it.
