#dals
Dessert made with lentils and flavored delicately with green cardamom.
Nothing is more comforting than dessert. When it comes to talking about Indian desserts moong dal ka halwa is one such dish that can’t be left out. Be it that smoky flavor of the roasted dal, or the crumbly texture there is something very heavenly about it. But what isn’t happening is the time consuming and tedious process to make it. So here I have a very simple recipe of the Moong dal halwa that doesn’t require much cooking time. It tastes yummy just like the halwai made halwa we have at the weddings.
