Ingredients

Cleaned bones
2onions cut in half
3peeled whole garlic
1small piece cleaned ginger, not crushed
2Frozen carrots,
Cupsicum whole, cut in large chunks
2 TBSblack pepper
to tasteSalt
Water to cover bones in cooking pot

Steps

1

Put your bones in a cooking pot and add water to above bones level
2

Add all other ingredients except salt and put pot on heat
3

Slow cook for 48hrs, by then it will have made a nice broth
4

When near removal from heat add salt to taste, let it boil 5min and remove from heat
