Pasta veggies and meat balls

simple and tasty

Wanted an easy, non-tomato based, porcupine esk, meatball dinner. So came up with this mushroom based, pretty easy dinner. I mixed the meat the night before, let it sit in the fridge until the next day. They turned out great. Held together, tender, the best meatballs I ever made. Maybe I got lucky, but this is a make again, for sure.

As usual I picked pantry items & include meat because I love lean meats. Makes for a complete balanced healthy meal. I also sometimes include 1/4 cup shredded cabbage in this recipe the last min of simmer.

This is one of my easy and fast recipes. I usually never have alot of time to cook. So this was so fast and easy. Hope u like. Fix it the way u like it...
