Ingredients

  1. 2Tomatoes
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1 tspGarlic paste
  4. 2Green Chillies
  5. 1 tspGarlic paste
  6. 1 tspGinger paste
  7. 1 tspCoriander
  8. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grease the tomatoes with oil and roast it over an open flame till it is cooked.(until tomatoes skin turn black)

  2. 2

    Cool and peel the skin of tomatoes. Mash the pulp thoroughly and keep aside.

    Now take a blender add tomatoes pulp, chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and salt and grind.(don't make a fine paste).

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander.
