Easy La baguette

Honestly, this lockdown season has improved my breast making skills from 5 to 15. And la baguette is one of bread , naomi decided to give it a try and super hold I did. Crusty on the outside , moist inside and still so yummy. So let me quickly share my easy recipe and hopefully we can compare notes.

Honestly, this lockdown season has improved my breast making skills from 5 to 15. And la baguette is one of bread , naomi decided to give it a try and super hold I did. Crusty on the outside , moist inside and still so yummy. So let me quickly share my easy recipe and hopefully we can compare notes.

Add the yeast, honey in the warm water and mix well and set aside for about 5mins.

Next add the salt into the flour and mix both well. Pour in the yeast mixture into the flour, mix with your hand till it forms a nice firm dough. Place dough in a oiled bowl and cover with a clean nylon. Ans allow to raise for 90mins.

After 90mins, the dough should have doubled in size, open the dough, punch it down and place a floured surface and knead very well.. cut into two equal sizes...make it into desired shapes and give it a cut on top.

Place on floured baking pan and cover to raise again for another 30mins. Next bake in moderate heat for 30mins and voila your la baguette is ready. Remove from pan, and set on a tray to cool.
