In a mixing bowl add ghee and sugar and mix well till it develops creamy texture

Next add suji and pulp and give it a good mix

Next add all ing except dry fruits and mix well

Lastly add milk and let it rest for around 30 min

Meanwhile grease the mold and preheat cooker for 10 min and remove it's whistle before baking

After 30 min add lil water or milk if batter is thick and top with chopped dryfruits

Now bake the cake for around 30-35 min on medium flame

Once it's done cool the cake for 1 hour

Serve with tea/coffee
