In a bowl mix the flour, sugar yeast, cardamon and margarine till all ingredients are well mixed

Warm the milk and add to the mixture gradually as you knead till you achieve a smooth dough

Cut the dough into twelve equal balls and put them on a tray then coat with flour

Cover for one hour and let the dough rise. Cut each ball into four triangles then fry
