Peel the potatoes and boil them. In potatoes add all the spices.

In a pan add 4tsp pickle oil. Add cumin, asafoetida. Now add potatoes. Mix it well on high flame.

Let it cool down. Make a dough. For this in a plate add wheat flour, salt. Mix it well. Add water as required and let it set for 10minutes.

With rolling pin make a thin round of dough like chapati.Add stuffing to it. And again make a round shape paratha. On griddle cook it till it turns to crispy with the help of Pickle oil. Serve with onion.
