Pav Bhaji
Steps

First put all the veggies in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 cup water and add 1 tsp bhaji masala and little salt and mix well. After first whistle slow down the flame and then cook it for 10 minutes.

Now take pan add oil/butter and heat it. Now add onions and ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 minutes and tomatoes then add capsicum and saute it for another 2 minutes.

Now add salt, and all spices, bhaji masala and mix well. After cool down the pressure cooker, mash the veggies with the help of masher.

Now add these veggies in to the pan and mix everything nicely. Add little water if gravy is thick. Now add lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves.

Now for masala Pav, take a pav slit it from the sides and take a tawa add butter, Now toast the pav from both sides till little golden crisp.

Now for serving:- Heat the bhaji and serve in a plate with adding butter on it. and serve hot with onion rings and cucumber.
