Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  • For bhaji:-
  • 1 cupcarrot, chopped
  • 1 cupbeans,chopped
  • 1 cuppotato,chopped
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1/2 cupcauliflower,chopped
  • 1/2capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cuponion, sliced
  • 1 cuptomato, chopped
  • 1 tbspginger+ Garlic paste
  • 2greenchilli, chopped
  • 1-2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 2-3 tsppav bhaji masala
  • 1 tspaamchur powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcoriender powder
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbspcoriender leaves
  • Water
  • 5pav (Readymade)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First put all the veggies in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 cup water and add 1 tsp bhaji masala and little salt and mix well. After first whistle slow down the flame and then cook it for 10 minutes.

    Now take pan add oil/butter and heat it. Now add onions and ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 minutes and tomatoes then add capsicum and saute it for another 2 minutes.

    Now add salt, and all spices, bhaji masala and mix well. After cool down the pressure cooker, mash the veggies with the help of masher.

  4. 4

    Now add these veggies in to the pan and mix everything nicely. Add little water if gravy is thick. Now add lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Now for masala Pav, take a pav slit it from the sides and take a tawa add butter, Now toast the pav from both sides till little golden crisp.

  6. 6

    Now for serving:- Heat the bhaji and serve in a plate with adding butter on it. and serve hot with onion rings and cucumber.
