Wash the sesame seed and dry for 1 hour in sunlight.

Soak urad dal for 2 hours.Grind it to smooth paste.

Soak sago for 30 min. Boil water(1 cup) in a pan, add soaked sago in it and cook for 20 min.

Now add sesame seed, mashed potatoes and cooked sago in the paste.

Mix all the ingredients with salt.

Take a cloth put little bit of paste and Flattened with your hand.

Dry both the side in sunlight, it will take 2 days to dry completely.

Heat the oil fry all the papad in low flame.
