Steps

Preheat oven to 200 C

Mix butter, sugar and water and heat until first boiling bubble

Add flour and mix very rapidly until make smooth dough

Allow dough to cool down a little and then put in mixer and break a little

Whisk the eggs and add gradually to dough until creamy consistency

Add baking powder and vanila essence and mix further

Put in piping bag and pour small balls on baking paper and place in oven for 30 minutes or until well cooked

After baking, take out and allow to cool. Make small hole at bottom with small knife
- 9
Whip the cream and icing sugar and then place in piping bag.

Fill the profiteroles and then place in fridge to soften a little.
