Clean and chop heart into pieces

Boil in a little water with salt, rosemary and black pepper till tender, around 10 mins

Slice onions, garlic and capsicum. Add to boiled heart together with oil and stir fry till onions are translucent

For the cabbage, fry onions in oil. Add tomatoes and cook till tender. Add salt

Add cabbage and cook to desired tenderness

Serve with hot ugali
