  2. 1 cupGram Flour
  3. 1/2 CupRice flour
  4. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. To taste Salt
  6. As neededOil to deep fry
  7. 10-12curry leaves
  8. 1 tspghee
  9. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder and curry leaves. Mix it well

    Now add sliced onion and 1 tsp ghee to that dry powder mixture.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle water and mix it gently.

  4. 4

    This mixture should not be too dry or watery.

  5. 5

    Heat oil to fry pakoda.

  6. 6

    Crispy onion pakoda is ready to serve with hot tea or try with curd rice, buttermilk kuzhambu.
