Sprouted Moong is one of the most precious ingredient in our diet,It is protein rich.I have made Kheer with it to make more nutritious.
Steps

Wash and grind sprouted Moong in mixer to make paste,saute mava on slow flame 5 minutes and take it down.

Heat 2 TSP desi ghee on slow flame,add Moong paste and saute for 5,7 minutes till it leaves the pan,then add roasted mava and mix well.

Now add boiled milk,sugar, Cardamom nutneg powder mix well
- 4
Now let it boil on slow flame,stiring continuously till u get desired consistency,serve hot with dryfruits on top
